I began my career in estate agency over a decade ago, starting as a trainee negotiator for one of the largest corporate agents in the UK. I later moved on to become a branch lister for the largest estate agency in the country. My time at these corporate agencies was instrumental in developing my knowledge and skills, but I noticed a shift in the market and decided to join a well-known online agency to continue growing my expertise. While working at online estate agencies, I appreciated the flexibility they offered both myself and my clients. However, I noticed a lack of personalization and a subpar customer experience. This motivated me to create my own agency, where I could provide a more personalized service and prioritize customer satisfaction.
